It is your responsibility to provide your driving instructor with proof that you have a valid licence to drive before the commencement of your first driving lesson. If you fail to provide this proof, your instructor is entitled to refuse to conduct the driving lesson but may still charge you for such driving lesson.
We advise all clients to speak with us by email or telephone communication 'before' making an online payment.
We reserve the right to amend driving lessons if we are unable to keep the appointment in the event of pre-booked or cancellation driving tests, mechanical breakdown, sickness, pre-booked holidays or due to immovable traffic.
You and your instructor are responsible for agreeing such matter as the timing, location and duration of driving lessons.
You must notify your instructor of any matters existing at any time that may affect your ability or entitlement to have driving lessons, for example, but not limited to, any lack, or loss, of a valid driving licence.
You must disclose any medical conditions that may be relevant or impact your ability to drive and inform your driving instructor of any changes to your health.
Your instructor cannot guarantee that they will be available each time you choose to request a driving lesson.
Lessons will be conveyed verbally in detail before making any lesson bookings. Online payments for gift vouchers/ bulk purchases expire after 6 months but a request can be made to extend this, this is at the instructor’s discretion.
Please telephone or email our Driving School if you have not received a response from us, or if for any reason we have not been able to make contact with you within 5 working days of making your online payment.
Payment is required at least 48hours in advance direct to the instructor.
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel pre-booked driving lesson, after this time you will be required to pay for lesson, after 3 late notice cancellations the instructor has the right to discontinue their services to you.
Bulk purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
You will be given 28 days’ notice if there is to be any changes to our pricing structure.
Before booking a practical Driving Test, an ADI reference number will be supplied to confirm the readiness of the student driver’s ability for test and for use of the Driving School vehicles.
The driving instructor can refuse the use of their car for a driving test if they believe that the learner driver is not to the high standard required to take the test.
The instructor cannot be held responsible for any mechanical failures or breakdowns during the driving test.
The instructor will charge a flat rate of £120 in the day of your driving test.
